After 30 years in the US Air Force developing leaders to support Joint military operations in combat zones and humanitarian support activities around the world followed by working for several commercial consulting firms I strived to start my own business where "Integrity" was the focus.  A life-long "student of leadership" I've had the opportunity to learn from some of the greatest leaders, both military and civilian of this generation that started at home with parents that set my leadership foundation.  My goal, translate those lessons for a broader audience and provide leadership development, character building and culture development solutions to businesses and athletic organizations.  I've worked hard to translate these lessons into leadership solutions designed to help you and your organization improve your leadership capability, character development efforts and address your organizational culture challenges.

I have applied these lessons to organizations like the NCAAs Leadership Development Program, the Under Armour Brand Ambassador Program, the University of Illinois Football Team and Virginia Tech University's Veterans in Society Program and the supported the implementation of the Monsanto Production System (MPS) and know we can help you as well.

​Ken and his wife Mary have 4 children, 2 "Grand-Dudes" a "Grand-Princess" and a Golden Retreiver named Trooper. Ken and Mary love spending time together, traveling and supporting community improvement activities. We are "Integrity Focused!"
